Complimentary
bottled water is provided every day,
with all meals and during game
viewing excursions. It is most important in those regions with unreliable tap
water and warm climates.

Medical Facilities
Medical
facilities in South Africa are extremely advanced, equipped with
state of the art testing and treatment equipment. Sophisticated medical
services are available in nearby towns and cities in the unlikely
event of an emergency. A medical first-aid kit is always available,
but it is advisable to bring some basic medical supplies, like pain
killers, diarrhea pills, Band-Aids and personal medications, etc.,
with you.

Mouthwatering full breakfasts and brunches and lunches are served. Dinner will be served under the stars. Cuisine is traditional South - African dishes and is complemented by a selection of our excellent wines.
Your requirements will be catered for as far as possible with prior notification.

Climate
Southern Africa is blessed with a wonderful climate,with warm to hot summers and mild winters (it rarely drops below freezing). High season in Southern Africa is during the cooler winter months, from March to October.

Gratuities
Gratuities to guides, trackers and camp staff are excluded from the cost of your tour. We believe that it is determined by the personal relationship which develops between the safari professionals and their guests and should be left to the individual discretion of each traveler.

No Hidden Costs
No effort is spared to ensure that you will have a highly successful, memorable and enjoyable safari. On request, a No Hidden Costs (including daily rate, accommodation, meals,non-alcoholic beverages, vehicles, etc.) quotation will be given to you, but will exclude alcoholic drinks, any souvenirs, charter flights and accommodation before and after your safari.
